These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Become website at get-become.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is a pre-launch informational page for the Become app. You may access and use the Site for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the waitlist form.
• Use automated means to scrape content or submit form entries in bulk.

Waitlist

By submitting your email address you agree to receive communications from Become related to the app launch. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us at help@get-become.com. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or any specific launch date.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Become name — is owned by or licensed to Become and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The information on the Site is subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Become shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
